Etsy describes itself as “A marketplace for handmade items, vintage goods and craft supplies,” but you can find, and sell, much more. With Etsy, it’s like selling your products at a craft fair, holiday bizarre, flea market and such, only doing so from the comfort of your home.

Etsy charges a fee to use their service. When you sell products through their payment system, these fees will be automatically deducted from that. If at some point, you do not make enough sales to cover the fee, they’ll send you a notice of what is owed and how to pay.
